The swimming pool operates only during limited slots, which can be frustrating for those hoping for more flexibility in their swimming schedule, especially in the summer heat. Also, the lobby area has an unpleasant odor, and basic amenities like international charging plugs are now not provided, which feels a bit off for a place of this supposed caliber. Additionally, the pillows are on the softer side, and having a variety to choose from would cater better to individual sleeping preferences.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with great air conditioning and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool that the kids absolutely loved, all just a short walk of 400 meters from Mong Kok East station for easy access to the city.

Had an awesome 5-night stay where I loved the filtered drinking water tap in the bathroom and the comfy soundproofing in my room. The rooftop pool and lush garden area offered great chill-out spots after a long day. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

We loved the E-Game Zone where we played Nintendo Switch and enjoyed a snack platter. Plus, the 5G LAB at sky100 blew us away with awesome entertainment. The staff were friendly and the location made exploring easy. Pro tip, the mall and MRT station attached to the hotel is super convenient.

However, we were hit with an unexpected hefty deposit at check-in, which wasn't communicated clearly beforehand. It took longer than expected to get our refund back, which was a hassle.

The family room was spacious, super clean, and had a great view. The Moko mall below was perfect for late-night snacks.

The Plaza Deluxe Family Room comfortably accommodated my family, with ample space for four adults. Appreciated the extra pillows and the water filter in the bathroom for unlimited drinking water. While the lobby staff were helpful in organizing transport, the fire alarm woke us up at 4 AM, which was disruptive. Dining options were plentiful at the nearby mall, especially enjoyed the grilled fish, but the surrounding markets could be crowded at times.

We had so much fun playing Nintendo Switch at the E-Game Zone with a delicious snack platter! The hotel's convenience to transport and the beautiful clean room made staying here with my family and kiddie super enjoyable. Kiki from the staff was especially friendly and made our experience even better.

My kids wished the pool area had more supervision and clearer guidelines to keep safe. A little more attention to this would make for a better family experience.

Good hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great fitness center. The staff even helped me with local food delivery on my first stay! Highly recommend it for comfort and service.

There was a nice bathtub too, which was a hit. The housekeeping was fast and reliable, always keeping the room fresh and clean. No bed bugs, which is a relief! Overall, the room felt nice and cozy throughout our stay.
